Regardless of the variety of the salmon, it is a very valuable fish. It is rich in protein, vitamins A, D and E. It belongs to “fatty fish” family, and its biggest advantage is valuable Omega-3 fatty acids for health.

How to prepare salmon?

It’s best if you buy salmon without skin and bones. It will save you a lot of time and work, but be aware that such salmon is a bit more expensive. If not, remove all bones with the tweezers from the salmon. Wash and dry the fillet.

In order for the fish to be tasty, it must be prepared carefully. In the first step, remove any bones, then marinate the fish or sprinkle with a little salt, pepper, and in addition we can put lemon slices or drizzle with lemon juice (although a good fish does not need to be seasoned with lemon).

How long to bake salmon?

Here, the basic rule is that the smaller the piece, the shorter the fish should be baked:

  • The whole fillet is baked for about 30-35 minutes. If it is extremely large and fat – this time should be extended.
  • A piece of fillet is baked for about 20 minutes.
  • Bell: 15-20 minutes.

This recipe is very simple and the salmon – heaven in the mouth. You only need foil, lemon and butter to prepare it! Preparation of salmon is not complicated and will not take you much time. Spread aluminum foil on the countertop and spread lemon slices on it (together with the skin). Put the salmon fillet on the slices and a few slices of butter on it. Sprinkle coarse salt and pepper fairly sparingly and wrap it tightly.

Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve the finished salmon with white wine and fresh, crispy bread.

What is the right temperature to bake salmon?

Salmon can be baked at various temperatures ranging from 170 to 220 degrees C. These differences result from the method of preparation (whether we want the meat to brown quickly outside, whether it is to be evenly baked), the technique chosen (in or without foil) and whether other ingredients are baked besides fish.
